Statement of Company Privacy Policies
In this document, you and your mean the individual who is a customer or potential customer and we, us and our mean C.S. Bachly Builders, Urban Clean Ltd., and any subsidiary or associated company or subcontractor.

Why we need the information
   We collect only the information we need for the purposes identified to you in order to provide products and services and to conduct business. .
Information is collected in compliance with applicable laws and ethical business practices.

Generally, we need to collect personal information to:

1. understand your needs
2. confirm your insurance information for the purposes of determining eligibility
3. coordinate billing
4. meet regulatory or contractual requirements relating to the services and products provided to you
5. In addition, it may be necessary to retain personal information in storage at our premises for the period necessary to resolve your claim and/or return your residence or workplace to pre-loss condition.

Safeguards
            We are responsible for all personal information in our possession, including information transferred to a subcontracted service provider in order that we may provide you with a necessary product or service.
            We have developed security procedures to safeguard and protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, copying, and unauthorized use or modification.  We will maintain appropriate safeguards, including a monitored warehouse facility, and limiting access to information to a “need-to-know” basis.  While we endeavor to protect all information, the most sensitive information, such as medical documentation, receives the highest level of protection.
            Access to your information is restricted to those employees or authorized subcontracted providers who need it to provide eligible services.
            We will keep your personal information only as long as needed to satisfy the purposes for which is was collected or as required or permitted by law.            
            We will obtain your permission prior to using or disclosing your personal information for any purpose other then that for which it was collected.   Your permission may be expressed in writing or be implied and may be given to us verbally, electronically or through an authorized representative. 

Your rights
            Upon written request, you will be entitled to information relating to the existence, use and disclosure of your personal information.  You may also verify the accuracy and completeness of this information and request that it be amended, if appropriate.
