Bachly is Hiring! Full-time Administrative Assistant

Bachly Construction is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Bolton office (27 Nixon Road).  The candidate will perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner, while providing the highest quality of customer service.

Hours of work are 8:00am – 4:00pm from Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with sub-trades
  • Maintaining Office Supply storage area in a neat, orderly fashion and re-stock when necessary
  • IT support coordination
  • Proficient administration of all clerical duties including typing, filing etc.
  • General administrative duties as requested

  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail

  • Simply Accounting experience and basic accounting knowledge considered an asset
