Bachly Construction is currently seeking a full-time National Programs Administrator for our Restoration Division. The candidate will perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner, while providing the highest quality of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily tasks for our national programs

Responsibilities :

  • Performing quantity take-offs
  • Taking and issuing meeting minutes
  • Assist with managing sub-trades
  • Budgeting/scheduling
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
  • Coordinator with client and consultant teams

Competencies :

  • Strong construction knowledge and experience with estimating, project coordinator and management is a must
  • Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced environment, both independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Site Superintendent – Commercial Division

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Site Superintendent in our I.C.I Construction Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily supervision of all site operations, including management and maintenance of all regulated site safety policies;
  • Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications;
  • Ensure sub-trade performance and quality of work meet the Bachly Construction standards for customer satisfaction;
  • Participate in site meetings and host required site safety meetings as needed;
  • Various other coordination, scheduling and management responsibilities as required during project execution

Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in ICI construction sector
  • Solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and field drawings
  • Up to date safety training including: fall arrest, WHMIS & First Aid
  • Excellent communication skills; experience managing sub-trades and suppliers
  • Ability to make timely and rational decisions under pressure
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle is required

  • Training will be provided

  • Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced environment, both independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail

  • Basic security clearance and criminal records check is required
